Soothes throat
I've been taking this for myself repeatedly. Prior, I had it as picolinate but decided to try these lozenges last time and was pleased! They have a very pleasant taste and soothe the throat nicely when resorbed. I occasionally experience nausea with zinc (particularly from pharmaceutical forms), but with these lozenges, I didn’t have any issues. If nausea occurs, try avoiding taking it on an empty stomach. I notice the effect significantly alleviates discomfort when I start to feel a sore throat. I highly recommend them!
